Have you recently used a health service? Would you like to give us some feedback about what happened and what you thought of it? We would like you to share your experiences, both good and bad, so that we can improve local services.
How to get involved:
You can give us feedback in one of the following ways.
Sharing your story is not the same as making a formal complaint. We won’t formally respond to your story, we will just make sure the right people know and use it to improve services.
If you would like an official response, please go to our complaints page for details on how to contact the relevant Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) or complaints team.
People’s stories aren’t published, but they are used to inform further engagement and commissioning work. We include overall feedback on stories within our Engagement Annual Reports.
